I'm doing a swap of a 7M-GTE from an 88 mk3 into the body of a 90 7M-GE. Mechanically, everything is doing great as my buddy is doing me a huge favor by working with that and I'm working with the wiring.

I've taken most of the wiring(harness, gauges, relays, etc.) with the exception of the wiring that goes to the tail lights out of 88 GTE. I'm currently getting around to installing to the 90 GE body when I noticed that one of the plugs that runs from the passenger side door doesn't match up with the wiring from the 88 GTE.

It's not a huge problem since I can get the wiring for it from the gte body, but my question is this: Am I going to have to pull out anything else from the n/a? As in, headlight motors, tail lights, fuses, etc.?

I'm basically transplanting an 88 7M-GTE into the body of a 90 7M-GE, both engine/tranny(no problems here) & the wiring. By wiring, I'm talking about... pretty much all of it.

Just found out the A/C plugs are different from the pre & post 89 models of the A70 too...

Here's some pictures I just took of it, quality kinda sucks:
Plug from passenger side door isn't a matching fit.

Plugging into A/C, left side has 3 wires vs the 4 on the right.

Edit: I forgot to note that everything on the right hand side(door& a/c) are 90 ge, and left is the 88 gte wiring.
