87 7mgte - How much is the engine/body harness integrated?

Good Morning Everything,

Planning on getting a MS3Pro for my 87 7mgte Supra and I will be also using the 8ft harness that is supplied. i do not want long term issues with the original harness. (resistance, broken wires...etc)

My question is:
How much is the stock engine harness/body harness integrated to one another?

In a perfect world - i would like to remove the stock ECU/wiring going through the firewall, install the MS3 Pro and wire the custom 8ft harness with little/no cutting of the stock harness. i know this is far from reality so if there is anyone that has swapped harnesses or has hands on experience with something similar - please speak up!

You be welcome. Off the top of my head and without looking at the prints (gotta cover my ass here) there's very little integration between the two. Which is how it should be.
