Does it work? and second Why is it that my interior lights only work when theres something wrong with my car? (BHG, Spun rod bearing, Broken valve) and its not a fuse... could it be my turn signal switch?

I don't think your interior lighting problem has to do with your turn signal switch. When I was hooking up my sound system I had my turn signal switch unplugged and I was using my interior lights at the same time.
