hi am on the process of getting a new turbo for my car and in need of some help so here goes.
i just bought a 87 mk3 turbo stock but is not gonna pass the smog test in nj becuz on cold start it smoke a little bit
and idle on neutral to 4k it smokes so thats not gonna pass.
the smoke is not white its dark so that means its burning oil. but doesn't smoke when car just idling under 2k
car is around 125k mile.
i was told it might need new turbo so i went out to search for one and came across couple of stuff for the car
t4 burbo manifold w/o turbo i am looking for a t4 turbo but can't seems to find a t4 elbow to the down pipe
any help would be appreciated thanks
