Your compression test shows your rings are in good shape, but did you do a leak down test? that will tell you how well your valves are sealing, and what shape your head gasket is in, but if your motor is burning oil it can be your valve guide are leaking, or are crack, i have seen this before, or you have bad valve guide umbrellas, that are allowing oil in during the intake stoke and burning during combustion. just had to pull a head because of this problem. but i have also seen where the turbo oil seal went bad and leak oil into the motor as well. just double check everything and you will find the problem.
