7mgte Oil pump Shaft bearings How to Install?

Im trying to install my oil shaft bearings, and I got one on (the one closer to the timing plate) but now Im trying to figure out how to install the other smaller one. Can anyone help me or anyone that has done this before share how you did it. Thanks!

That's the TSRM way, but what I just had my machine shop install them when I had the block bored and decked.

How much did they charge and what did they do? I was lucky, I happened to have a really good machine shop right by where I lived.

Bored the block, had to buy a new head(+rebuild it), hot tanking, milling of head, crank was done(10 over), rods re-sized, and after a month and a half of having the block there I paid almost 1600
