7mgte idle question(after new HG)

So I replaced the HG, and not to jinx myself everything is fine, no leaks. I know the turbo to manifold gasket is leaky, I may need to tighten the bolts..

Anyways, it idles around 500rpm. When I tap the throttle, it almost wants to stall. One thing I know I didn't mark properly, is the CPS. Would adjusting this and my timing correct that issue? I sprayed around the engine bay with starting fluid and had no signs of vacuum leaks.

also, i put ARP head bolts in, torque them in 3 sequences up to 90FT lbs, is there really a need to retorque after say, 1000 miles?

Is the IACV plugged in? It won't set a code if it is not. Does it click when you turn off the engine?

Yeah that's plugged in. It's the valve on the front of the intake plenum if I'm correct. Has two coolant lines going to it as well.
