7MGTE BLOCK + 1JZGTE HEAD ANYONE?

some of you might call me an idiot, but i looked it up and found only 1 other thread that mentioned it and no one gave a concrete answer to the guy

as most of you know:
7MGTE
bore:83mm
stroke:91mm
8.4:1


1JZGTE
bore: 86mm
stroke: 71.5mm
8.5:1

only big difference being the stroke, i'm sure you'd be able to bore out the 7MGTE 3mm's to match the 1J. big issue is i haven't seen the blocks side by side, and i couldn't really find any pictures of a bare 1JZ block with the head off to look for visible differences

just want someone to put the idea to rest if it's not possible/worth the time and effort to do

i've never seen the 1J with the head off so i was very curious, sorry for being nublicious
