I'm swapping a 7mge into my 4x4 and went to get a new clutch so I could drop the motor in. When I got the clutch home, whe pins and threaded holes didn't line up. I ordered another clutch and it lined up...it was an 89 though. Are the 86.5-88 and 89-92 both push style? Or is the 89-92 a pull? I have a w56 tranny (same pattern as w58) any help would be great! Thanks

The part # for 86.5-88 clutch and 89-92 clutch was different and the pressure plate bolt pattern was different between the two as well so I just wanted to make sure that it is going to work. So there's no way the parts place could mix up a turbo clutch with an n/a clutch?
It's possible they have something screwed up. Seen it more than once, always funny when they try and argue with you that it will fit.
