7m-GTE rebuild opinions

I am starting my rebuild of one of my 7mgte motors in a couple weeks and i was just wondering what are the best parts that arent ridiculously priced for my rebuild. Im doing everythingggg new pretty much i want this to be my dream engine shooting for 450+ HP Any tips would be appreciated

If you're under 600hp.....

Have the stock rods resized, x rayed, and stress relieved.

Use ARP hardware in all parts of the engine.

Go with +1mm Ferrea valve train parts.

Stock cams will do.

Adjustable cam gears are nice if you have a dyno.

JE pistons are my choice.

What he said... and OEM bearings. Get a new oil pump, and a new waterpump. Somebody on here makes a new oil pump hose - Driftmotion? Toyota freeze plugs and seals. HKS head gasket.
