Is there a Site or does someone know what the ecu runs for each circuit in it? I Mean Like What voltage or %'s does the ecu throw to the injectors or the 02 sensor?

The ECU doesn't throw any voltage to the oxygen sensor. Unless you mean the heater, and that has no bearing on the signal. Well, the heater makes the signal come on faster.
A quick look in the factory EWD will show you what is battery voltage, and what come from the ECU through a fixed resistor, such as thermistors.

What is the Pin layout, I need too see a side view of every hole a wire goes into, there are 3 blocks that go into the ecu I need each individual one and what they are.
For what year? It's different for pre '89 and post '89, with the switch somewhere in the middle of '89.
Voltage or % the ECU throws to the injectors or O2 sensor? It appears you don't have a clue how EFI works. Based on that if I were you I wouldn't be fooling around with it. That said ECU pin outs can be found in the TSRM and TEWD.

Be patient. Do a lot of reading and searching. Learn to use the TSRM. Read the TSRM. Every question you have asked was/has been answered over the years (ad infinitum). Everyone is eager to help.
