7M and 1JZ Valve Lifter Shim Calculation Sheet

I made this sheet today cause I was bored...

All you do is first measure the clearances (measuring order provided), and then pop out the shims and measure them. This worksheet will automatically calculate the replacement shims needed to bring the clearance within spec and even give you the part numbers!

anyone gonna reply to this man??? because I would like to know this as well. I'm gonna assume that the answer is no since the research I have done has shown that the only two vehicles with the same shim part number are the mr2 turbo and the 2jz gte. but it would be nice to have an excel program like that. maybe i'll see what I can come up with since I have some time on my hands.

First...this is not a place to ask questions

There is no spreadsheet that I'm aware of that does the same thing for the JZ series motors. If you want to create one (please test it), I'll be happy to post it here.

Jdub, does that worksheet work with the 1JZ motors as well?

A 1JZ valve clearance worksheet complements of zoppii...much appreciated.

I have to verified the accuracy of this (don't have a 1JZ). If anyone finds a descreprency, please post it up here and it will get corrected.
