As some of you know from my other posts, i'm planning on buying two mk3 part cars next week. one is an 86.5 N/A Auto, the other is an 89 Turbo Auto. Yes mine is a 5-speed but i'm sure i can get some good suff off these cars, like the HKS style 3" Dp back exhaust, gauge pillar with autometer boost and A/F, new alternator, walbro 255, and then the parts i have listed in the title. He claims that the turbo car has a 4.11 lsd, and a j-spec ct26 ordered straight from japan. first off, do they both exist and is there a chance that these parts are what he says they are? will the 4.11 from an auto go into my manual with not too much modification?

I will be parting these cars out after i get what i need off of them, which isnt too much, neither car has over 120k i think. After i get my 50 posts and have the parts inspected i'll post the part out's on here. Thanks guys.

thank you IJ. So is it safe for me to tell the kid that there is no 'J-Spec CT26'?
does anyone know if the lsd rear end will go into my manual being that it came from an auto, any major differences?

I come from a land down under
The Turbo A Cars use a different spec CT so maybe that's what he's talking about?

If you swap the whole pumpkin in it's plugNplay if you swap the centre into your housing you have to use the Torsen stub axles as they're different length to the Clutch LSD ones.

Again, thank you. My roommate from experience thinks he can do a rear end, whether he meant the whole pumpkin or not is unsure but i think we can manage to do it as long as the new pumpkin will bolt into my chassis and everything without other new parts. I'll ask about that Turbo A, thats a good call.
