Well I have a free 2jzge engine. Planing on dropping 2mm head gasket and do the 2jzge-T swap. But my huge concern is, is this swap reliable? I've heard people said it will run terrible and the power it offers you can achieve it with 7m. Anybody who are driving car with this swap please give me some advice. Thank you!

Good luck finding someone who's actually "driving" their na-t swaps. ;)

Might check Club Lexus out for this one. Never been over there myself, but they probably have more people who have done this sort of thing over there.

Get it tuned, and it is just as reliable as any other JZ engine able to make great power unless it's a VVT-I block.

Then, sadface.

I'd also use a stock JZ head gasket. A 2mm is too much IMO.

Engine management for NA-T is the key.
