2jzge lexus gs300 check engine light, stuttering problem

my sister has a 1994? lexus gs300 with a 2jzge. Her car started trembling and stuttering. She came home and i pulled the codes. It came up with a code 25 and 26. Im pretty sure its not possible to run rich and lean at the same time, so I pulled the efi fuse for a few minutes and checked again, 25 and 26. I didnt get a chance to feel around but the only thing I could think of is the injectors, afm or ecu malfunction.

Check the O2 sensor(s) yet? Probably your culprit.

sorry for a late reply, forgot about this thread. I messed around with it and discovered it had low oil pressure, found out it was leaking from the distributor, leaking bad. so i changed that out for a junkyard distributor, changed the sparkplug619's and wires and that killed the problem. i told my sister to let me change her oil cuz its super low now but she didnt want to spend $25 for the stuff. her call.
