2JZ With 1JZ Harness?

So 20 people have given me 30 different answers to my question. Im looking for some correct info now lol. If i were to get a 2jz-gte from say an aristo (whatever i can find from ebay) Could I inturn run that motor on a ma70 1jz harness (extended 1jz harness with correct a70 body plugs). I plan to run stinger for the 1jz on this motor.

yes.

I'm using my jza70 harness on my 2jz with a aem and a 1jz to 2jz jumper harness form autosport.

ok i see so you would only need the jumper harness since aem is not produced for the 1jz correct?

Yep in your case you must use the stinger jumper harness

yea, itll work without issues, I ran a 1jz harness on my 2jz.. my buddy the reaper is running a 2jz harness on his 1jz as well :aigo:

tissimo if im correct you were using aem standalone? im guessing you did that with a 1jz to 2jz jumper harness? If thats then case where (if anywhere) can siad jumper harness be purchased or was it a custom deal?

Yea I had aem. I bought the parts for the jumper harness from autosportwiring.com and made it my self.. I hear they make them now though.
