2JZ water pump on 1JZ neck issues.

I know it can be done and I have done it but I have changed that dam Oring that goes on that tube between the water pump and the neck two times already and it still leaks over time..... Am I doing something wrong? That center water tube is the 1JZs. Would the 2JZ oring work? Nothing ever seems to work.

its a bypass tube i believe. i bought new 2jz O-rings never had trouble. if you are trying to use generic O rings they will not work... at least the way they should. they are more round and less flat like the toyota o rings. never had leaks from there whatsoever once i installed new orings.
