I have a 1JZGTE VVTi motor in an IS300 so i have an IS300 box. I'm converting the throttle body to the 1JZGTE non-VVTi throttle body that shares the same 4wire TPS that 1JZ/2JZ's have. so now i need to figure out how to wire up the TPS so it works as it should and still give the proper signal to the EMS. so my engine harness has three wires going to the TPS but now i have a 4 wire TPS.

Looking at the IS300 schematic the 3 wires are 5V Reference (VC), Signal Out1 (VTA1), and Signal Out2 (VTA2). Looks like there is a 4th ground wire going in there as well but not part of the 3wire connector. (no 12V power source)

based on some reading it looks like the SUPRA TPS1 has 5V reference (VCC), 0-5V Signal Output (VTA1), 12V Power (IDL1), and ECU Ground (E2). Is this correct?

So its looking like i just need to put a 12V power wire and plug it into IDL1, use the IS300 0-5Vreference and plug it into VCC, VTA1 to VTA1, and E2 to ECU Ground.

I hope this makes sense. any wiring gurus wanna help out =) thanks in advance!!
