Clean 2J! Q: Sorry to go off topic, but, tissimo, is it true you have to bang out the FW in the MK3 to fit the stock twins?

Yea, I think you should. As you can see from the pics, Not very much at all. I pushed it in maybe 1/4". With that I was easily able to drop the trans (leaning the engine back to get the top trans bolts) without issues.
