well today i went to the junk yard and i found a vvti 2jzge, i asked the guy how much and if it still runs, he said $150 and all it needs is a headgasket, and the motor still runs fine, i was thinking of picking it up, but this motor is coming out of a SC300/400 i forgot which one? well i did some reading and read that the GE and the GTE has the same pistons and rods is that true? and does the vvti has any diff from pistons and rods or is it just the cams? i do know that i will need some stuff to make it work on the MK3 supra and with the 5speed tranny. i will be doing a rebuild once i grab it.
