I am having a major fuel problem with my 87 I recently swapped a 2jz into it I am using the jdm supra harness with an aristo computer. the car ran great at first but after putting about 100 miles on the car it started running really rich at idle, shortly after that i decided to drive around town for a while nut after a little while it started to misfire badly one maybe two cylinders I then shut it off started it again and it ran fine this is when I decided to head home, two blocks from the house it started misfiring again and this time it got so bad that it would barely move and was running so rich it was pouring clouds of smoke and then it died. The next morning I tried to diagnos the problem but the battery was dead and the codes were gone, cranked it over a few times but it was dumping so much fuel that it hydro locked andbody got and ideas on what could cause this I have not been able to get the car to start again but I cleared the cylinders and changed the oil I think the motors ok still getting 190 psi compression

what ecu are you running? sounds like the ecu caps if it's a 1jz ecu (i run a 1j ecu on my 2j), especially if it's missing on two cylinders. pull the plugs. two of mine were pure black from those cylinders dumping fuel.

got spark back today but the car flooded in about ten seconds of cranking I think I have a pretty bad fuel problem gonna pull the fuel rail this weekend and see if maybe I have bad injector seals, am getting tired of the problems
