I have a question about the order of the main bearing caps.
The block I have currently has bearing caps with stamps on them as per the pic. The front one has a 1 stamped on the cast part of the cap. Then the next two have 2 and 3 stamped onto a machined part of the cap. Then the middle one has a 4 stamped onto the cast part in the same way as the front. Then the last 3 have 6, 7 and 5 stamped onto the machined part of the cap.
I assume the last 3 are not in the correct order?
