2022 - CT-26 Stock Replacement Options

Looking for recommendations on how to refresh a stock CT-26? I'm located in Canada and shipping + $ 450USD to Driftmotion for a basic rebuild is an expensive proposition.
Here are a couple of cost effective solutions I can think of, though I am welcomed for any other opinions!

1) ~$300 CAD - Purchase an Ebay replacement turbo? Longevity and durability is questionable?
2) ~$320 CAD - Purchase a fully assembled/balanced Melett Catridge (https://www.melett.com/turbo-model-...hicleModel=Supra&EngineSize=3.0&EngineBHP=276). They appear to be a reputable brand from the UK. Though, I'm not sure if the waste gate actuator is okay or should I just replace that too? it is a 30 year old car.

I personally wouldn't trust an ebay turbo.

Albert is still rebuilding them. He just rebuilt one for me. And he can do 57trim upgrades, 360 thrust washer, billet wheels, polishing, thermal coatings etc.

Albert is great, but it's more spendy than DM. The Dm upgrade is an old school shop called performance techniques they used to do the upgrades for 450$
