...its not the same guys, it just wont have that mkIII and that mkIV feel...ya know? im personally not going to get one unless its a toyota and it says supra twin turbo on it...thats my opinion right or wrong.
The MA70 and JZA80 don't have the same feel either. What are you talking about?

There is no such thing as a wrong opinion.

I think a 5.0 V8 will show up in a Lexus SC.

I personally wouldn't want to see anything other than an I6 if the Supra ever comes back.

Nissan already let pure Skyline fans down by tossing the inline layout for the V. To hell with practicality, it's a pure sports car!

If it's not an inline six, and it doesn't have an available turbo option, it's not a Supra, no matter what they want to call it.

The proposed Lexus sounds like a neat ride, but it will never be a Supra as described.

I know bimmers come with a 2.5L Inline 6. Ive seen a newer 5 series with one. don't know of the others.
I believe that all of the 3 series (as of the last year or two, with the exception of the M3) cars now come with the newer 3L engine with varying outputs.

I don't know off the top of my head what the displacement on the new turbo motor is. It doesn't make any kind of phenominal power, though, as the trans that's in it can't handle all that much power. I think the HP was right about 300. Still a damn nice car.
