2 quick questions

1. can i use regular goodyear heater hose for my oil filter relocation hose? or do you need a special kind of oil protectant hose?

2. can i bridge a hose from the breather caps on each valve cover and then cap off the nipples on the accordian hose and throttle body? if the answer should be obvious or if im completely misunderstanding the pvc system let me know. im putting hardpipes in and just want it clean and simple up there without all the pipes/hoses.

1: you need oil rated hose, otherwise it'll swell and get all soft. Coolant hose is just not compatible at all with oil.

2: you're serious? you are completely misunderstanding the PCV system. do yourself a favor and search the topic.

got it. i saw a picture of an engine with a hose bridged there so thats why i asked. i didnt come up with that on my own.

where can i get oil protectant hose from? my local auto parts store doesnt have any.

Well if you want the piece of mind that the life blood of your engine isin't gonna be all over the road, then I'd get the Stainless Steel lines, I'm getting some ASAP.

well when i can afford them i'll definitely get some. but for the time being, where can i get oil protectant rubber lines?

Well, where I live, I can get them at a small parts store/machine shop called the parts house. Only place to get them around here AFAIK.
