Yeah.. my friend finally was able to send me my pictures of my car.. thought I would share.

Mine is the MK3 - not the MK2.

No I don't - I am looking to get some nicer new rims though - those had came on the car, and I couldn't be too picky. It has a newer paint job on it, so it is a shiny red

They're not what I would have chose either, but they're better looking than sawblades. Your car looks good Mr. Setheroo. Keep up the good work, and dont' be so defensive about the MKII. Those are some nice rides as well. I used to own one, and I miss it on a daily basis..........lol

No no no.. I love the MKII.. I was just stating that mine was the MKIII

I have driven a few MKII's and they have an awesome ride.

My rims are american racing (I don't know who was dumb enough to choose these rims for that car.. I think it is pretty much crap - they look like flowers!)

What bums me out is that those rims sell for 800 a set at Sears. And I KNOW that you could get a better set of 16's with 800 dollars. Also they have goodyear tires on there... which are overly priced (which is bad for me, the one tire is leaking air gradually, and the hole is on the sidewall AKA no way to patch it).

No it hasn't gotten a paint job since that picture, but I had bought it with a brand new paintjob. If it would have been my choice I would have myself a good looking blue one a lot like Suprahero's.

I am going to get new rims for it after the new engine goes in during March. I am also getting the engine bay resprayed while I have the old engine out.. its really dull under the hood still, and it shouldn't cost me much just to get the engine bay sprayed. To top that all off.. I am going with yellow accenting with my engine stuff.. like all the vacuum lines, and probably get the cam towers all decked out.

I have yet to look into a lip.. but I will get there once I have all the performance stuff done.
