I'm working on my AEM V1, I managed to get the fuel injectors to fire, but I cant get anything out of the ignition system. I have attached the cal file for review.
Here are some notes:
The 1UZ has a 0-5v rising edge ignition signal
Two coil outputs Pin B56 and B57, they bypass the AEM transistors (hardware mod)
The two coil outputs need to be changed to run like twin distributed Hondas offset by 90 crank degrees
Cam/Crank timing pattern is the same as the 2jz
The 1UZ uses batch fire for injectors 1&7 2&8 3&5 4&6 using 4 outputs
Pin B58 and B59, IGF1 and IGF2 the AEM shows B58 as NOT USED & B59 LS11 (Available Switched Ground) What is the IGF?
Any help would be appreciated, as information on this out there is very slim...
