1st gear only goes to 3500rpms wtf?

Ok so I am trying to figure out why my 1jz when its in first gear wont go paast 3500rpms thats when i am moving and when I am sittin still i checked all wires and for any vacuum leaks and I am all good there. Is there something that i am missing here?:3d_frown:

so no one has a cluse where else i should look to correct this problem?

Do you have anyone local with you with another ecu that you could try. Seems like the blown caps in the ecu cause this from time to time. Good luck.
