1jzgte Throttle position sensor adjustment

Hi,
I have searched for a good amount of time, here and on google to find how how to correctly adjust my tps on my 1jz. I have found several for 7 m g t e, and 2 j z g t e, ect but nothing for 1js.

I realize I have to use a ohm meter and have the correct resistance and a feeler gauge but what are the correct amounts and what connections do i do it to on the tps
