1JZ Torque Specs & replacement parts

I need to find out were I could get some torque specs on certain parts for the 1jz and some replacement parts...I like to be on point with this and dont want to mess up a motor I just paid $1,500 for...:icon_bigg


need torque specs for...

head bolts(what sequence)
flywheel
clutch
exhaust mani
cam gears
intake mani
valve cover(if nessary)



replacement parts.....
slave cylinder
1JZ tranny bolts
exhaust and intake manifold gaskets
valve cover gasket
pilot bearing(7mgte one should work)
pilot bushing


thanks for the help guys....I should be getting the ball rolling on my 1jz 240sx project soon,just tryin to take car of the little things first

Guys never mine on the torque specs,I already found that info....


but I still need to know were to find those replacement parts

I sell the slave cyl new OEM Aisin: $45

7m valve cover gaskets will work on a 1jz.

Toyota is actually cheaper then AutoZone on the piliot bearing LOL

I have an set of intake and exhaust gaskets available, but why do you need it?
The intake gasket is metal and can be reused.

All the rest of the parts can be purchased from your local dealer. Toyota is actually cheaper then AutoZone on the piliot bearing LOL
