1jz swap running problems

Hard time getting it to, but it will idle after a little while.
Soon as you hit the gas its starts to spudder and it turns off.
Also i dont know if this is relevant but on the gas return hose no gas through it if car is running. i dont know if its supposed to thats why im asking.

First thing: Has the ECU been repaired? If not, check it for bad/leaking caps.

check that there is no 1 way valve attached to your map sensor. I had a problem like that for a while till someone pointed it out

Looks like it been repaired once. I already swapped out the ecu's same problem. But the one i swapped out with started the car a whole lot better than the old one.

One way valve meaning that there should be a two way there?

have you looked into the ISC at all? or the dashpot / set screw that the butterfly rests on on the TB?

there should be no valve there (kinda like a 2 way lol)

Have to checked, double checked, and triple checked that all of the sensors are hooked up correctly? My friend had a similar issue all because he forgot to plug the crank sensor in...

Also, in your avatar it looks like you got a Soarer 1jz. What harness did you use?
