Hi folks!
Got some problems during swap job. I did everything, step by step, each wire after each wire with sticky thread **How to wire a soarer 1JZ into MA70** from above.
1JZ alternator is plugged to it's harness and old alternator plug is wirred as it comes:
yellow (L) -> black EB1 plug and black EB2 plug
white (S) -> white EB2
black/yellow (IG) -> not connected
battery on dash is allways on and battery is still without charge.
Do I need to wire something else that wasn't mentioned in "how to wire..." thread or do I have fried alternator?
Thank you so much ;)

1jz alternator should have a yellow black and white. I just wired mine to the yellow black and white of the 7m alternator plug.

There is also the big cable that you need to run from the alternator to the old one from the 7m as well. So 3 small wires and 1 big wire.

Ohm out the wire that is not connected and wire it in.

I wired 1jz alternator to old 7m plug wires and no change.

I checked also this way:

The alt-L terminal from the old alternator wiring is the solid yellow wire that was on the old alternator connector. Now it's wired to the black wire on the EB2 plug. That's not correct. The yellow/green wire from the alternator should be wired to it instead, as the only purpose of that yellow wire is to send signal power to the battery light.

but still no alt charge :(
