Alright heres the deal we just got the car running and what not and now it drives around decent but as soon as you get on it loads up super bad and breaks up and blows black smoke when it is starting to make boost and the more you try to get on it the worse it gets. I have no idea what is wrong considering that it runs alright just driving around, I checked the gap on the plugs, everything is plugged in, opened up the ecu and checked the capacitors to see if any where leaking and it looks like the day it was made. I don't know what it could be. Also it idles at a really low rpm like 200.

what's your vacuum at idle?

maybe your coil packs are toast, my car would breakup like mad around 5-6k when mine were going.

I had the same problem. I burned gas faster than i thought was possible and couldn't build boost and black smoke out the back plus black fuel vapor all over the back of my supra. Then I found that I didn't receive a MAP sensor with my swap and got one ordered, hooked it up when I got it and runs great now. So check your MAP sensor, if you got one.

It as a walbro 255 in it, I adjusted the screw for the idle and at 1000 rpms it as 22 in/hg of vac, at idle I can unplug the vac line to the map sensor and it barely changes idle speed or sound.

Yea, your MAP is no good. If you're able to pull that off the vac line and nothing happen, your sensor is shot. I'd put the adjustment screw for the idle back where it was set and get a new MAP sensor.
