Yes I know this should not happen and every post that I came across is saying the exact opposite conditions. I'm using a know good ECU even though mine needs to be sent off.

First off is there a good way to check for stored ECU codes without the CEL light mine is not working at the moment. I guess either with a volt meter or test light.

Second question is I'm out of things to try. Unplugged the O2 sensor and the car ran the same way. AFR started around 14 and went off the scale lean. The only thing that got the AFR's down was unplugging the MAP sensor which caused them to dip to 12's during idle. I tried another known good MAP sensor and same conditions were present with that one in. TPS seemed to be within spec with multimeter and mechanical timing is perfect. Motor revs and boosts to 10lbs but AFR's were in the 15's so I shut her down.

Car also has brand new O2 sensor for narrowband stock and wideband aem gauge. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
