1JZ Mystery wires on intake side? Please help with ID

Don't know what these wires are or go to and what connector is missing on the cut wire?

Are these on the engine harness or the body harness? It looks like the engine harness, but I'm not sure. The plug you're holding in the second pic looks like the idle motor plug, but that's all the way at the back of the intake manifold, not up there.

The cut plug I have no idea, same with the other two. I don't see any plugs like that big one in the first pic on my harness at all. Was this maybe an engine harness from a car with an automatic and those should be routed back towards the transmission (or cut off if you're using a manual trans)?

It is the engine harness. Do you have a 12 pin connector coming from the same area in the harness where the ignitor plugs come out? I think the 3 plugs are from the body side because I can disconnect the 12 pin connector but I can find the body side end for it.

Ok so I think this 12 pin connector on the JZ harness needs to connect to the 6 pin connector on the body harness come from the fuse box, can someone help me out here?!

Sorry, mines an 87... different wiring. Didn't notice that yours was a 91 before.
