I just finished changing over my 1jz to single turbo and when I was checking everything out during the voltage test, I probed E1 and B+ in the diagnosis box and got maybe 2V with the key switched to the on position. I checked my grounds and not sure what it could be. Any pointers??? And yes the battery is good. Checked it with the voltmeter.
