Does the !jz intake manifold fit the 7m. if it does where would i put the accelerator and vacuum, cooling and, and egr lines?

1jz manifold is an FFIM. 7M isn't....there is a lot required in order to put an FFIM in your 7M (new throttle cable, throttle body not to mention custom IC pipes)
