I have almost finished ordering parts for my build and still have no clue what to do with my ignition. What is required for around 600whp? I have done tons of searching and cant find any info. What products would you recommend for my 1j?

Yes but most if not every 1jz/2jz coil I have seen are cracked. I had spark blow out past 20 psi boost. But stay away from the AEM CDI, they dont seem to work for long.
AEM CDI is the reason I stopped building rotary motors. Ric is right. 500HP and below, new stock coils are fine.
