Well I did not pass Arizona emissions tonight.

HC Failed - 2.5 against allowable limit of 1.6.
CO Failed - 53.19 against allowable limit of 15.0.
NOX Pased - but barely (2.47 against limit of 2.5).
Visual Inspection OK -- Go Figure?

Obviously running rich. I'll need to lean out a bit.

I'm running
91 Octane Fuel
1JZ with stock twins
440 injectors
Stinger EMS
New High Flow Cat
New Tanabe Hypermedalian Exhaust

Comments on where to start? Successes or Failures that you've experienced.

Thanks

You will definitely have to lean it out to bring down the CO and the HC. The problem is that your NOX will probably go up when you end up leaning out the car and you just barely passed NOX so that might be a problem. Is your high flow cat a three way cat? reducing your timing will bring your NOX down a bit and having a three way cat also helps a lot. Thats what the 3rd portion of the cat converter does, is reduce NOX. I know the magnaflow three way cats are very good as they have helped me through problems like this in my old Eclipse, but a lot of high flow cats are only two way cats. Anyways I knew all my smog classes in school would help out somehow:biglaugh:
