1JZ ECU pinouts WITH colors Enjoy JZA70 ECU-

So It took some times to do this, but every wire has been check, and color codes. SupraDupra has made the picture you're looking at. Online there are a lot of these pictures, but they're never complete. I wanted to give color codes to, as I feel they're just as important as knowing what each pin does. Many harnesses that people get come with broke plugs, or cut wiring. At least now you can start ahead of the game by knowing the colors.

off topic but, what was the purpose of the flying lead. i can see vta2 and idle2, from my experience the "2" is something like traction control.

On the 1JZ, the compressor clutch is controlled by the ECU or the AC amplifier? Aaron told me on the MA70, all the AC controls go through the AC amplifier so even with a standalone on a 1JZ, the AC compressor should still turn on, assuming the pressure switch and freon is present and in spec.

It looks to me that with a stand alone on the 1JZ A/C will still work. The Idle up may not though? let me look into that. Ill find a wiring schematic and see what is running where. It would make sense for it to go through the A/C amplifier, then send a signal to the ECU to idle 100-300 rpms more.
