1JZ ecu pinout, help me identify this

I been having problems with my bodyplug harness wires, there are 2 wires that are disconnected and Im trying to figure where they go. Green wire is one of them. When I test for continuity, I get 4.7 volts. That wire is going to the engine but its Tee'd off going back to the main ECU into pin CCo. See diagram below in the link. CCo is the plug furthest to the right, bottom of EGW, left of SPD.

I hate accronyms. What is CCo? All I can think of is Cruise Control but Im gettting 4.7 volts.

If you were checking for continuity you wold get Ohms not Volts. anyways i have a 1jz vvti and in the check connector in engine bay (located on intake manifold) i know there is also a wire for CCo it might be where it is going only. I know i am cancelling it. i am doing my harness right now and am cancelling anything that goes to check connector and track control. disconnect your wire on the ECU side, put your multimeter on ohms and go check wire of same color in engine bay and check if you have continuity, you will find where the wire goes.
