1jz auto ecu in a manual car

I'm going to fit a replacement ecu from an auto in my manual, is there any modifying to the wiring needed?

If I read his quetion right, he has a 5-speed car and is going to use a spare auto ecu. If this is true, then the wiring for an auto is not there and there would be no nuetral safety switch to bypass.

Also, if the car was originally an auto and was converted to a 5-speed, then he should have already bypassed the switch to begin with.

But it seems to be running rich... Hmm... Do the ecus have different fuel maps?
