1j valve cover baffle removal

any tips on getting it out or how to remove the baffle, it seems like it doesnt wanna come off
IIRC 4mm bolts hold the baffles in.
Mine were kinda stuck in there, so expect to do a little prying to get them out.

I just got it out, had to pull it a little harder than i expected and the baffle kinda bent. thanks.
And a word of advice, if your pcv valve and grommet is still soft, change it while you can! i picked mine up at auto zone from a 1993 camry v6 and it fits fine.
