A good Turbo with proper tuning. Intake and Exhaust. Can you get you 450whp with all stock internals. There is a shop in England that has this setup, i will be doing the same here shortly with mine. Also need to upgrade injectors and fuel pump, and a FPR is a good thing to have too. That's all I can think of off hand.

A small turbo with a 57mm+ inducer, a 3"+ exhaust, some 550cc injectors, a walbro 255, a 6-puck disk and something to tune with will get you there. Stock IC should be able to take it (insofar as you are not roadracing it)
