I drove the supra today for the first time in months, put about 35-40 miles on it. Doing a few small pulls on freeway and a couple burnouts. Once I got home, I went to start it again to put it into the garage and It wont start. It tries to start then I hear a loud thud from behind the block and nothing. I tried several more times and had the same result. The 7mGTE has less than 1500 miles on stock rebuild

Nope. Ran great. The tps is bad so I didnt have it hooked up so I was getting code 51 as well as 32 but that was before driving the car. Could it be a bad tourqe converter?

Battery is fine. It sounded like the noise was coming from around the starter. I did a few doughnuts to burn up the old sawbladez and It drove fine after. When I got home I opened the hood and It was like an oven. Do 7ms run really hot? (noob) the coolant guage was normal. Could the engine being so hot effect the start?

Could have effected the wiring.

&m's can get quite a bit of heat through them. But as any engine right after you load it up like crazy and run high rpms for some time.

I would make sure there is 12v going to the starter.

The noise you are prolly hearing is the starter gear hitting the ring gear on the flywheel/flexplate. Either it doesnt have enough juice or the wiring is shot.

So I let the car cool down over night and went out to try and start it today and nothing, nothing in the cabin works but the head lights go up and turn on so the battery isnt dead.

You cant look at a battery and say its not dead.

it takes 12.4v to start the car. not 12.0 not 11.8. Once you get down to 12.3v it may start once.

The headlights turning on doesnt mean squat.

I realize that I got the battery and alternator tested........
The car runs now. I reset the ecu and forgot to tighten the bolt on the ground..also had some blown fuses
