from time to time, i've gotten a chance to work on this. now, got parts in the mail and i'm ordering paint tomorrow.
my question: i had to switch from a mechanical fuel pump to an electric (airtex, i think). i have to switch pumps to a 12v airtex which puts out 9 psi. the carb is recommended to run at 3.5-4.5 psi. can i regulate down using a 1-5 psi reg like this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SPE-2517/ or will i need something like this:http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G3131B/ ? also, can i attach a gauge to the second outlet to read pressure?
