Buy new trim and molding. The car will look 100x better anyways with new stuff. Also less wind noise when driving, no leaks, etc. Painted trim is ghetto fabulous.

You could try something like Naptha. Use a good lint free rag, slightly dapmen the rag and very gently wipe the oversprayed areas down. Do not use too much and keep replacing the rag with a clean one when needed. Do not brush the solvent on or apply it directly to the weather stripping, or you'll find yourself replacing it very quickly. AVOID getting this on any of the parts where the paint belongs!!!

EDIT: With the trim peices you could probably just buff the overspray off. If you use a solvent to clean it up you may need to at least spary the trim pieces with some clear coat to restore a clean finish to them. Personally I'd only use the solvent on heavy build up areas on the trim and on the weather strip, try to buff off the lighter overspray first.

See if you can find some kind of paint stripper that is safe for plastics(if that exists)..Or you could get some paint thinner and a rag and use a lot of elbow grease.

New targa seals are maybe 200 and I'm sure your car needs them anyway, door handle gaskets can't be more than 15-20 a piece.

Sounds like you haven't learned yet that it's much easier to buy all the right parts in the first place rather than putting out fires later.

I'm pretty sure I double checked the door handle seals with Jeff before. If that's what I'm thinking of, they're only available with the full assembly as suprajjang mentioned.
