is the auto different from the R154?

is there suppose to be a cover for the flywheel? located between the block and tranny the lower one? I just did a 5 speed swap

I was replacing the seals and gaskets, I am using MLS and no I didn't resurface because I didn't have to. And the plugs arent in at the moment

I'm just putting my motor back together from changing the HG. After I torque down the crankshaft pulley, the pulley seem to stiff and harder to move than before.. is that normal?

Where can I buy the gasket for the timing cover case(its between the timing cover and the block? and can I use FIPG instead?

I'm doing a 5speed swap, I came across these 2 r154 tranny. $550 67,xxx miles, or $280 15x,xxx miles.. which one would you pick? btw both shift fine without shifter

Ok, so I'm planning to order a cometic HG. My question is how do you know what size bore to get? 84? 86? I measured the combustion ring on the old HG that came off the car and it measured at 85,84,84,84,85,84 with a digital caliper. So should I get a 84 or 86 size bore?
