    actually no it wouldn't be slower there would be no lagg you waiting for full boost of maybe 8psi at 3.5k rpm with a super charger that kind of boost would be in in about half the time but you would not be able to just let off the gas to control full economy the up side to turbo applications...

    you think it might be a faulty cps? it might cause this to happen not sure but i think it send a signal witch lets the ecu know when to fire the injectors i beleave maybe your getting no injector pulse at some point between those 200 revolutions its so short of a period the ecu doesn't recognize...

    ok ive got a blown 1j and a na 2j at disposal is it possible to put the 1j crank in the 2j and are the pistons in the non turbo taller or does the high compression come from the crank stroke?

    well today i was playing around hard with some and i blew up the 1j,id like to make it a 1.5jz but i dont really have the money for a 2j turbo bottom end but, iv got a buddy with 2 2jzge's i could probly get for around 400 bucks and/or a bare 1j block with just internals for 600 bucks not sure...

    i understand how you feel on selling the car im kinda thinking about it. i just blew my 1j up today and its my DD. it not worth sellng it youll sell it and then just buy another one in the future and do it all agian ive mad the mistake twice before and i dont think ill make it again
