Thank you sir may I have another...

Yeah, having to take apart something in order to fix the bad or stupid crap always makes for a great excuse to upgrade something! Glad to hear your ok too! I just saw something about the storms a bit ago.

Check freeze plugs as well as the hoses/lines. I've found that 4 of mine were leaking, this is after replacing 1 when the car was still ran. After looking into all of the water ports in the block, head, in the water pump, etc.; I don't think I will ever again run water straight from a faucet or...

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

Gotta eat bro! My stepdad is diabetic so I know how it goes somewhat. Look, just drive the Supra to the interview and say, "If I'm good enough to get that thing *point to Supra* running properly, I'm plenty good enough to work here!" It's what I plan on doing! lol jkin, hope you get it all...

Is it the stock 3k pipe or aftermarket? I thought I remember you having the hks pipe, but you did have a huge part out of your aftermarket so I'm just making sure. I would say get rid of the stocker and go to a setup that uses the same size all the way through but I'm sure that is in the plans...

Good to hear that it seems to be fixed! I was really hoping it wasn't bhg, even though my posts did seem kinda doomsday! I was just trying to throw some info out there that would help and sometimes I tend to go all worst case scenario as that is my luck. Love that badge btw.

Sears is the easiest place to find it. Get the 3/8 drive because the walls are too thick on the 1/2 drive and it hits the head. 14 or 9/16 will work but yes definately deep well. Got mine yesturday and got the head off with no problem other than the discomfort of finding out that 4 of the nuts...

I rather hate to say this but I'm thinking you may be correct with the hg assumption. Coolant being pushed out of the resevoir is usually 1 sign, it just might not be bad enough yet to be pushing any/much coolant into the oil system, thusly why you don't see any bhg milkshake. Seems to me that...

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

Awesome, I'll have to keep that in mind when mine gets to that point. Now if we can just get Bill to get the SC running. JR has been getting a major run around from the machine shop on his 2j motor, its looking like they may have fubared the crank and are trying to get out of it, big friggen...

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

JUmp te1 and e1 - found that in here - http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?152178-ignition-timing&highlight=setting+timing - for a ge though, would think it would be the same but dizzy vs cps/coilpack may differ. That was just a quick search hope it helps somewhat though.

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

I seem to remember seeing something about that as well, can't remember exactly though. For some reason I want to say to try adjusting the idle screws again now since it is timed proper. Oh and uh....yeah....87?!!! Remember what you said to me standing out in front of your house and I finally...

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

WOOHOO! I told you wouldn't have to tear it all back apart and that it would be something small, just so happens it was a couple of small things. Awesome news though, if I were still living down there I would say this called for a beer or 2 as it has been a long time since you have had a...

The blue car is pretty awesome (as was FT's grey car!), but you can't be to hard on yourself man! Everybody regrets the outcome of a past Supra at some point. At least your back in the game now and around people you know will have your back. Alright, enough mushy stuff from me! lol

I hear ya man, I'm trying my best to stay patient with my "restomod" I guess you could call it. I remember how awesome it felt to get some of the issues with mine worked out and get the hg done long ago, even more awesome the first time I got a time slip from an 8 second pass at the 1/8th mile...

    1990 supra turbo

I feel like an idiot and must do some slight post whoring to correct myself as the PS3 doesn't let me edit posts. The title of the thread is 1990 supra turbo so....yeah.....scratch the part where I asked what year and model it is....Also though, you may want to check your relays and fuses. You...

    1990 supra turbo

A red spark is interesting, I have only ever seen blue spark from plugs myself, but if you are getting fire on all 6 cylinders, check to make sure it is getting fuel (ie. fuel pump is running, rail is pressurized, injectors firing). Where in AL are you from? I see that you are obviously an...

    Supra Mania's prodigal son returns...

Welcome back Jake! Just saw this while browsing through. I was like, wait....that said reign_maker???!!!! I remember being damn near in tears when you sold your old car off and left as it was an awesome build up (and so close to being finished!) and you were always a pretty cool guy. Can't wait...

    ForcedTorque's Slick/Quick Build

I don't think it would contribute to the problem being after O2 sensor, but there could be a mild chance with the disruption of flow, but I seriously doubt it. It definately will not give you higher boost or power levels as it is a restriction and causing higher back pressure. Turbo motors don't...
